Campaigned against it, tweaked it a little with labor, environmental, and human rights clauses, and implemented it without enforcing those clauses in any serious way. Ask the Afro-Columbian and indegenous Colombians who have been forced of their land and are still being massacred by right wing militias to make way for large scale palm oil plantations how that has worked for them.

Hillary's biggest problem is that she has a record.
