Yes, it was Trump, but even Hillary has said it looks like terrorism

It's not exactly a far-fetched idea, when Egypt is trying to crack down on religious fanatics, and scaring away tourists and their money by downing passenger jets (such as the Metrojet flight) would be a way for those religious fanatics to get back at Egypt.
