The first one?

Bill Clinton let him off the hook for lying America into war in Iraq, Iran Contra treason, BCCI treason, the S&L disaster and the Safari Club sinking Jimmy Carter.

The second one?

Barack Obama let him off for lying America into war in Iraq, the unconstitutional domestic spy operation, the Bankster bailout disaster, and a bunch more.

Don't know, as he isn't president, but going from his life's record, I think Ralph Nader would have put them in jail.
