Jamie has concocted a scheme to overheat the real estate market, churning paper so fast that nobody can keep up. Three months before the bubble pops, Jamie cashes out for $2 billion. What ambassadorial appointment should Jamie expect to score?

Donald is fleecing 10,200 desperate people with an overpriced scheme to teach the nuts and bolts of real estate speculation. If 35% of the rubes go for the whole package and waste $27,000 each for a worthless certificate of completion, how many of the remaining rubes have to be suckered into the second level of the fraudulent scheme at $15,200 each for Donald to win the nomination for president of a major political party?
