the citizens. NYC's Democratic voter turnout under 12%. NYers will tell you all day long that NY is ultra liberal, and they believe this because they have no connection to the minority youth that are being harassed.

But this is the policy many on DU support with full gusto and bully tactics. Lock 'em up. Sort 'em out later.
