Blaming the US for Daesh is like blaming matches for the flammability of gasoline. While we certainly didn't help matters in failing to have a viable exit strategy, the militaristic religious conservatism that underpins Daesh existed long before the US was a country and erupts from time-to-time without our help. This is the result of circumstances on the ground, not US intervention.
This uprising was coming whether we got involved or not...your US-centrism is comical. We're just not that important...we make a good scapegoat to both Islamicists and lefty-pacifists, but that's all it is. Blame-shifting. If you want to know who is responsible for Daesh, ask yourself who benefits from their existence.
