They are not like WND or the Washington Times. The UK has publications that are analogous with WND but that's not the Telegraph. A conservative PM would cite the Telegraph, it is conservative but respectably so. There are outlandishly right wing papers there, also far more tabloid style papers that do trade in innuendo and gossip. The Telegraph is just conservative. They are the William F Buckley of UK newspapers.
