They're asking people who ran away from the scene to check in with the authorities so they can be debriefed.

I heard one guy being interviewed by MSM a couple of hours ago. Can't remember which network.

He was obviously suffering from PTSD. Said they couldn't even leave because their cars were cordoned off as part of the crime scene.
