6. And let's not forget the current culture of violence

...where killing seems to be the solution for everything. Revenge and hate seem to be accepted values these days.
If revenge and hate are current, accepted values and everyone has access to buying assault weapons, anyone who feels somehow threatened (probably by their own tendencies and feelings) can feel it's OK to kill people.
Someone, somewhere in the establishment has to start promoting peaceful values, and underlining the horror and uselessness of killing be it via drones, AR-15s, handguns, or any other method....
