61. I'm going to bet this was a white guy in a primarily white neighborhood.

Black guys are - unofficially - not allowed to do this in white neighborhoods, and really they aren't allowed to do this in black neighborhoods where there might be police who might misinterpret their guns.

So yes. Many of "us" have already lost our freedom. It happened a really, really long time ago.
