14. No, you're missing the fact that this is a Lagoon on the Disney property, not the Everglades.

The only sign on the beach said No Swimming, not that There Are Alligators in this Lagoon. To find 5 (and more) gators in that lagoon and have a Disney made beach facing onto it without any protection, is reckless in the extreme. Disney CAN control that, and should have. It's little comfort to the Graves family but they'll (rightly) sue Disney for multi millions.
