In my heart of hearts I believe there must be other republicans out there that are like this Lt. Governor Cox. But they are afraid to come forward for fear of their party. I can never believe it when every republican votes the same way on certain things. They are voting as a block, not as individuals, or as Lt. Governor Cox says "Americans".

I just have to believe some of them actually have a heart.
