Probiotics ended years of using antacids & Prilosc for me. They were very inexpensive too.

I make my own yogurt and eat it daily...See my comments in post 6. This study says NOTHING relevent

They helped me as well, once my gut was more stqble I switched to just active culture yogurt

GMOs might be fine to consume but they are not "fine" for the farmers financially ruined by the rush
