(3,384 posts)11. That's not what this decision is about. It's about getting pulled over
and searched for no reason at all other than driving while human. Anything a cop finds on you is now a legitimate case against you.
That is the end result of this ruling... As if cops don't have enough power.. Now all of the scumbags in our towns will wanna be cops even more.
