So, I haven't reposted this in a while because I thought we had the help we need, but I just found out today that we got turned down by Catholic Charities for rent help because they didn't think I could take care of July rent (some weird rule they have). Well, I just got a job with a lawyer in NJ and started today, and I finally started getting child support again. So the lady is appealing my case but doesn't mean it will be approved.
Court was filed on us today for eviction. I don't know what the chances are of her getting us approved with my new income, so now we desperately desperately need help 
Eviction process has officially started today. I really don't want this to happen as I have secured work and am getting CS again - we should be fine now aside from getting caught up on this June rent!
