I'm with the ACLU on this. The unknowable and unfightable and insufficiently controlled terrorist watch list should not be used to create a list of people who can be denied rights. I mean, then why not note away these peoples' rights to assembly and free speech? Right to vote? We can't have a system where anyone's rights can be taken away at any time without due process or recourse.
Guns do need more control, but this is a poor means.

That's untrue. They must give 24 hours notice before entering except in cases of emergency.

Building inspections are not "Unreasonable" searches under law. They aren't even a search.
