Of "known" or suspected terrorists is completely accurate? If someone is "suspected" of doing something are we going to take away their constitutionally-protected rights? During WWII the Japanese were suspected of being enemies of the state and were interned. Would you support internment for everyone on the no-fly list? This is no different that GITMO, and people on here bitch and complain about the fact that we have interned individuals in GITMO without a trial.
The hypocrisy on this issue is simply mind-boggling.

That's untrue. They must give 24 hours notice before entering except in cases of emergency.

Building inspections are not "Unreasonable" searches under law. They aren't even a search.
