4. The list in Wikipedia is in alphabetical order, not by order of inequality

In that list, the US is at the bottom and the UK is second to the bottom. But that's because the list is alphabetical.

Instead, look at the list at the following URL. Britain does rather well, and the US isn't too bad, either.
