...it seems to me that the majority of electors chose to leave the EU. In another election, the majority might choose to stay. Still later, a majority might choose to leave yet again. If the EU is a supranational institution and it exists as a function of the democratic choice of its constituent members, it might make sense to have a means to fast track inward and outward movement from the organization.
