14. Ignore the enemy at your own peril.

If all of us so-called liberals stopped watching these shows (or, more accurately, "monitoring" them) there would be no measurable lowering of their ratings and they would still go on, being watched by the masses and increasing in their influence and sophomoric-ness. And as their influence increases, progressive values (i.e., "thinking&quot diminishes.

Folks like us must monitor, report and provide as much push-back as we can in between bouts of projectile vomiting.

I agree it's useless to bitch and moan about this solely on DU as it only preaches to the choir and does nothing to temper the conservative media madness.

But, to merely stop watching would be like ignoring a festering boil only to see it balloon into a cancer some day.
