According to http://heavy.com/news/2016/06/christy-sheats-texas-mother-mom-kills-shoots-daughters-madison-taylor-facebook-guns-husband-jason/ (please don't look at the comments!) Christy Sheats and her husband had recently reconciled, and this happened on his birthday. So...is it even slightly possible one of the daughters started chewing her ass over driving her husband away, Christy injected Jesus into the argument, the daughter pointed out Jesus wasn't a hell of a lot of help here, and Christy shot both of the daughters for not loving Jesus enough? Religion is a very powerful drug.
