4. problem is many clinics have already been deep-sixed -- need to sue for DAMAGES

I suppose this might require new legislation which of course the GOP controlled House would never pass, but if the courts themselves were serious, those clinics that have been put out of business by such unconstitutional laws in recent years should be able to sue at least for compensatory damages so they can reopen.

The various laws that have been passed as the court system proceeded slowly (they are not so slow in pursuit of reactionary agendae -- those go like crap thru a goose) have done a lot of damage in many states. An honest judicial system would at least have an avenue readily available to make it right -- but that's not the kind of judicial system that we have
