...you don't expect to come out of you. And I sat there, sobbing and hugely crying and I thought, why am I crying? I am a huge winner and winners don't cry, they build huge walls and they hugely waterboard their enemies and create huge wealth, and then I said to my daughter, whats-her-name, I said 'Is that pastrami sandwich in the microwave yours?' And you know what she said to me? You know what she said to me? I don't know what Sarah Palin said to me, I honestly don't. Don't get me started on that lady, she's got blood coming out of her...whatever...whatever happened to Ben Carson? I kind of liked the guy. Is Ted Cruz still here? What? He's still alive? Wow, that's amazing. That's huge."
