44. did you ever hear my kilt story?

a friend and I - we were 13 year old American girls on a double decker in England - guy was sitting there in a kilt.....giggling, we asked him what he had under there (because of what we had heard) - he started to lift his kilt but then stopped and asked in very heavy brogue how old we were. We told him 16 but he said, "I don't think so" and ended the show.
