48. What do you get for the moran [sic] who did more than anyone else to destroy the American Dream?

My B-day wish for Dubya = a long, painful death and then exile to the outer ring of hell where he, James Buchanan, Andrew Jackson, and the Gipper all take turns fellating each other.

(Yup, I put the very worst presidents ever all together in hell -- I wish sometimes I could believe in such a place.)

It's hard for me as a U.S. history instructor to pick a SINGLE worst-ever prez, but those four are definitely all in the running; personally I'd have to say I find Buchanan to be the worst, simply b/c the Civil War, then it's really hard not to go with AJ based on his policy of genocide and his destruction of the Bank. Although my hatred of W. is visceral, the objective historian in me has to say that he was in fact the third-worst.
