Atty General Loretta Lynch to testify July 12 before House Judiciary Cmte at oversight hearing, according to statement.

*Issues at hearing will include FBI’s decision not to recommend criminal charges be brought against Hillary Clinton in e-mail investigation

*Other issues include recent terrorist attacks in Orlando, Fla., and San Bernardino, Calif.
