What she did wasn't a crime. But it appears that she -- or someone -- put her own convenience ahead of the spirit of the law, especially as regards FOIA. So now she's stuck looking like she's either (1) a liar (since it appears that material marked classified was indeed on the server, albeit without classified headers), or (2) clueless, or (3) operating from a sense that the rules don't need to apply to her, or (4) a veritable pu pu platter of all three. None of that helps and, as usual, it's an unforced error.
