No, she's not the only one. It's not something new, but Nadin's right that it does seem to be increasing as a reaction to the increased RW expression of hate, intolerance and lack of compassion coming at a time when many 99-percenters are struggling and suffering.

What she's calling attention to is the kind of reaction expressed as something like, "I wouldn't piss on him or her if he or she was on fire" (naming some particularly vile and soul-less RW personality). It's a response to a seeming lack of humanity with...a lack of humanity.
