Female in custody. Male suspect shooting it out still with police amid negotiations. [View all]

Developing. Others in custody in Oak Cliff.

Suspect in negotiations is on second floor of El Centro Parking Garage claiming that the "end is coming" and there are bombs all over town.

Police are not confident they have all suspects. No mention yet of suspects' race.

Police believe it was 4 people who triangulated on police positions and carried out a planned attack.
