23. This is just not that sophisticated an attack

Claims of bombs nothwithstanding, (which so far are unverified.). Once he knew the route, which was public knowledge, it didn't take any more logistics than loading up his trunk and driving to the parking garage. Trying to make this more than it is falls into the hands of truthers and conspiracy theorists.
