These fans can be hardcore on their favorites and pretty unforgiving when they don't toe the line. But let's hope there is a little more leeway when it's talking out against bigotry as oppose to talking out against a war.

I supported the Dixie Chicks 100% when they talked out against Bush and the War, but they did do it at a time when 9/11 was only a few years back and the country was hungry for revenge against those who did it. But supporting Marriage Equality is something that is just the right thing to do and has no out-lying factors like 9/11. If Country fans do turn their back on Carrie Underwood for speaking her mind out about marriage equality then it just shows that these fans are nothing more than a bunch of hateful bigoted narrow-minded people.
