28. Giuliani is inciting race violence

Black Lives Matter is hardly a perfect movement, but in no way is there a connection between their principles of justice and the assassinations in Dallas. America doesn't consider the lives of black people to be as valuable as those of white people. And this is a huge source of violence and injustice in this country.

Giuliani is a part of the problem here.
