34. Turns out that Trump's "I've got plenty on this guy" remark probably wasn't an idle boast

Now, whether Trump was talking about this specific aspect of Ailes or something completely different is another matter.

And, as always, Trump could have been simply talking out of his ass.

The biggest payback, of course, is that this is happening to him during an election cycle...it's the last kind of publicity Fox needs right now.

And if they can make the charges that he demanded oral sex from a 16 year old girl stick, this boy is going away for a L-O-N-G time.

I was 16 years old living in Radnor, Pennsylvania. I was sent over for a walk-on part on The Mike Douglas Show in the winter of 1967. It was 6:30 in the evening and the place was totally closing up. Ailes took me into this big office and locked the door with a key. He reclined on a couch in a seating area under a map that had flags of all the cities they were syndicated in. He was very angry and rushed over to his desk, pulled open a door and had a reel-to-reel tape recorder going. He said to me, ‘Don’t tell anybody about this. I’ve got it all on tape.’ I think he knew I was sixteen.
