Unfortunately the next one won't be quite so "Mason-Dixon" defined. I fear the end of the union is within sight. Keep in mind that the Constitution wasn't intended to last more than about two decades. It's seriously weird that it has survived this long, but it is also being skirted on all sides by whatever means are available. Remember something called the "Fourth Amendment"? We kissed that good-bye a long time ago. The USSC was never meant to be a partisan body but that's all it is now. Our judicial system is far beyond broken. PA is among the new "photo ID" states. I rebelled in the primary (legally) but won't have the right to do so in November unless the courts do something. I'm not optimistic about the chances of that. That's where Florida is as well. Scott knows the courts are unlikely to rule on anything before November and will do whatever he can to disenfranchise likely Democratic voters. What "enforcement" is available now that wasn't there twelve years ago?
