Trump is all about being treated fairly, and if in his personal estimation he isn't getting the treatment he thinks he deserves, he'll walk away from a negotiation. If he thinks he's negotiating a deal, he very well might quit in the middle of the campaign so that the Republican pooh-bahs have to come chasing after him and begging Mr. Trump please.

My own anecdotal observation is that even the message board trolls (not at DU, of course, where we don't got none of those) just don't have the fire in the belly to defend the overgrown bully boy.
