For anyone to blame.

Certainly did not go as expected for them. Did you notice that at the end of Lauer's interview with Trump and Melania yesterday, he said Melania would be on the Today show this morning, the day after her speech. From another thread it looks like she was a no-show and they ran tape of her instead, though I doubt they brought up the change in plans.
