When I emailed the Texas Department of Criminal Justice ("TDCJ"
, I asked if they had tom delay in one of their prisons. They emailed me back and said they did not. They also said they have no record of him in their system. Maybe someone else can take a crack at it and post the response you get:

Looks to me like tom delay escaped "southern justice" altogether....for now.
