'To weaken your enemy, attack his strengths,' and the Republicans have been very successful in using that propaganda tactic to whittle away at Democrats for the past half century. From Carter, Gore, Kerry, Clinton, Obama, they have tagged the character and integrity of leading Democrats with a non-stop barrage of innuendos, conspiracy theories, deception, and misinformation. They have been taking potshots at Hillary ever since she first appeared on the public stage.
