To me, this points out that some of this police violence could be alleviated by better training. I am not defending this policeman in any way. But I've heard enough of these stories that it's becoming abundantly clear these officers are not highly trained. They overreact in some situations. They don't go through all the scenarios. They clearly can't recognize autism in this case, which is absurd.

We've got to invest more into training our police force.
