8. It seems naive to be unaware of trolls...so what?

The trolls on DU have been obvious - and there likely were ones paid for by RWers to attack Hillary too!! Frankly, just about any campaign that did NOT have a media staff in today's world would be pretty dumb. PACs too. We can all agree that some of those people go too far, just like some staff in Bernie's campaign did, and they were fired for it.

If PACs were paying trolls, it would not be a surprise. MIRT banned an endless stream of trolls, and many just popped up again with different IDs. Some who appeared to be trolls were not banned and for whatever reason continued to post bash and trash OPs for the entire primary season until the nominee was settled. Even then, they often had posts hidden until they got time out.

There is nothing new or surprising in the DNC emails to me. Judging from the "internet polls" and contributions, whatever anti-Bernie trolls that PACs paid for was ineffective, especially with young people. They wasted their money.

If the DNC is successful at winning the White House, and putting the first woman President in office, then they did a great job!!
