(194 posts)I don't like the feeling that my vote is being taken for granted because the alternative is so much worse. Bernie came within inches of beating her in the primary. I almost was for Bernie myself if he had moderated a few of his positions. But I, and the millions of people who voted for Bernie deserved a VP pick that reflects the passions of our liberal base, and this feels like another one of her calculated political decisions to get more white men, that we have to shut-up and accept, because Trump is so much worse. And it kinda makes me sick to my stomach, because we deserve so much better. To the liberal wing of the democratic party, her slogan should be, "What the hell are you going to do, vote for Trump?" What she doesn't realize is that a lot of us have to hold our nose and vote for her, and now we have to accept this as well. And she wonders why people can't stand her.
