I don't touch anyone like that. Some zones are off limits unless you're in a relationship, and otherwise it's hands off. And good gosh, I couldn't imagine patting any female relatives like that. But I would imagine that a power-drunk asshole would.

I think that Trump is probably one of those parents who values his children based on their physical appearance. My mom talks about how her mom was marginalized by her grandmother because her mother was not an attractive child. So personally, I think it was more about asserting ownership of his daughter in a completely superficial way. As in, "look at the gorgeous daughter I created" *once-over* *pat pat*.

And if you assume that he didn't mean anything by it and it was just affection, as a Presidential candidate, you have to have better judgment than that! You don't once-over your daughter and pat her on the hips!
