Was always an oligarchy. It just pretended to be communist (pretty much like every communist state so far) by putting on a facade of state ownership. All that happened in the Glorious Revolution is the oligarchs changed their names and method of ownership.

I was particularly irked to see Soviet flags at the DNC for this reason.

Apparently they don't know that the Soviets were a murderous regime that made Hitler look like a piker.
