I've seen a tone of comments saying "Vote for Stein - if we hit 5%, we'll be eligible for federal matching funds!" They're not even running for the presidency (they know they won't win), they're running so they have some cash to play with. And not even that much money - at 5%, I think it would be something like 1/4 of what Sanders raised in a single month.
