These fuckers KNOW that those roadside tests are completely unreliable, but they don't care. As a matter of fact, it's to their advantage. They're never held accountable for false arrests based on inaccurate tests. They're going to get the overtime pay whether the tests are valid or not, just as long as they read "positive."

It's a huge fucking scam.
