Rupert Murdoch and his family owns News Corp. Which is the owner of the New York Post.
Rupert Murdoch also owns faux news. Which he pretty much said was going to be a campaign arm of the gop

Would the editor run this with out approval from higher up?

And if it needed higher up approval how far would it have to be approved at?

After working out who would approve it. The question is why they ran it.
1. Normal sleaze they run anyways.
2. Someone is ticked at dipshit donnie.
3. They are trying to get out ahead of it and post it early since it would make it out anyways. This also gives them time. Not only a chance for better damage control. But they know a lot of people will have gone on to other things by the time the elections come around.
4. Adding the sacrifice theory from above. So it also could be a distraction ploy
5. Any other ideas?
