helped set my heart at ease years ago after the "re-election" of Shrub with this editorial. http://www.alternet.org/story/20413/mourning_in_america. If you've never seen it, read it now. It immediately came to mind after reading this

So yesterday, President Obama tied Trump around your puerile pissant necks, leaving you just enough air so that you remain conscious as Trump drains the last breaths from your putrid corpses.

The Republican Party wired that chicken around their necks when they cheated Junior into The White House. With an 8 year respite of fresh air from Obama, even they didn't notice the stench...until now. As I'd like to think Molly would say, "Chin up, dearies! This should be good."
