They are, however, disorders intractable to treatment and in strong forms, such as Trump constantly displays, disabling in a variety of ways. They can and do literally interfere with cognition so that even the abilities to process and react to information are disordered.

Donald isn't crazy, as the AMA indicates. But if you trusted him to take care of your cat while you were on vacation and the cat died, it'd be your fault. If he stole money you gave his charity to prevent blindness in children, you'd be at fault for not understanding his real inability to care about such things. And if you trusted him to oversee your business while you away, YOU'd be crazy.
