Take the complaint to the very top of the practice if you haven't already and ask for a meeting to discuss a way forward. If that does not work, write a letter detailing your complaint and state very clearly what it is that you reasonably expect them to do. Include problems with their work, communication, any resulting pain, suffering, costs. State that you are unhappy with how they have dealt with your complaint. Look at dental malpractice firm websites and the lists of the types of things they sue for, and include in the letter whichever ones are relevant. State that you are giving them 14 days, after which you will instruct a dental malpractice lawyer. If they do respond to your request, seek a lawyer who will work on a commission basis.

SO sorry to hear this. Maybe contact local media, or consult with a lawyer? Bongo Prophet Aug 2016 #1
