31. This is exactly what happened to the grandfather visiting from India.

He went out for a walk. A neighbor called the cops on him, describing him as a "black guy" acting suspicious. The cops came, and when he was unable to satisfy their demands for immediate compliance because he had very little English so he couldn't understand them, and could only say repeatedly that he had no English--one cop body slammed him to the ground, damaging his neck and leaving him largely paralyzed.
